About Eve Kitten.
Trained as a designer, Nancy finds creative inspiration in fashion, art and New York City. In this spirit, she created the fictional character, Eve Kitten, the fashion mannequin that she drew since her days at Parsons School of Design.
Drawn on paper with inks, metal leaf, acrylics and organza, Eve's story is told in a series of drawings based on her life in New York City. Early works were 20-page limited editions of mixed-media prints on paper, hand-sewn and bound together, and sold to the men’s shop Paul Smith in NY, Tokyo, and London. In Japan, the cartoon goddess Eve Kitten was referred to as a "Catoon".
Nancy is currently working on Eve's story backstory which includes a cast of characters, she refers to it as “A comic noir Urban Fairytale".

"I met Nancy at the chocolate show in New York City. It was a meeting that would become incredibly inspirational and experimental to the world of chocolate. We developed 3 chocolate bars (coffee, cherry, and rose), each with a picture of Eve in her naughty lingerie. The technique is done with transfer of the illustration to the chocolate bar. The bar revolutionized the world of chocolate. The look of chocolate was a bit boring. Now there is a chic, naughty, and delicious bar that not only catches you eye but also that of your taste buds."
